We follow the Canadian Food Guide for children and provide healthy and nutritious meals daily. We follow a four-week rotation and make sure our meals are not only nutritious but also delicious for the children to enjoy!

We serve 2 meals and 3 snacks for our full time children and 1 meals and 1 snack for our part time children daily:

7:30a.m. - 9:00a.m. Breakfast

9:00a.m. -10:00a.m. late morning snack (optional)

11:30a.m. -12:30p.m. lunch

2:30p.m. - 3:30p.m. afternoon snack

5:00p.m. - 5:30p.m. late afternoon snack (optional)

Meal time is a great time for socializing, developing, learning and making healthy eating choices and habits. Our educators use this time to help children develop healthy eating habits, proper table manners and self-help skills.

Note: Our menu is posted by our kitchen weekly, any substitution (mostly fruits) will be noted.
